The flatpack Bakers are artisan makers of fine cake, biscuit and muffin mixes, gorgeously decorated biscuits and mouth watering cookies.

Our Mixes

Our range of mixes includes our most famous, and now organic, Very Chocolate Brownies,  a  range of mixes great for work or school lunches as well as  gourmet mixes suitable for birthday parties and entertaining. Each mix is handmade and carefully prepared to assist you in easily baking something reliably delicious and with all the love that only home-cooking can produce.

Our mixes are versatile and come with clear instructions and suggestions on alternative presentation and use of the mix.

Ingredients

We pride ourselves on using only the best ingredients such as organic flour, fine organic and fair trade cocoa and Organic chocolate.  We seek out the most natural ingredients where ever possible and are currently introducing natural food colourings to our decorated biscuits range. We use only free-range eggs in our biscuits and cookie products. We are keen on using Tasmanian organic ingredients where ever possible.

We are currently making the transition to 100% organic ingredients.  Our organic products are gradually being introduced into stores now!
